Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to book any and all appointments at BLOOM. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking. We ask that , in respect for our commissioned employees, you give us a 24 hour notice. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services booked. No-call/no-shows will result in a 100% charge.
About Our Environmental Friendliness 
Bloom Beauty Parlor is a part of Green Circle Salons. Green Circle is a salon-specific recycling program that recycles 95% of our waste — so that the only waste left is biodegradable. Typically salons with this program charge a small fee per service, but at bloom we cover this fee for you. Green Circle handles hair and color collection, as well as recycling of all packaging, cleaning products, hair clippings, hair color, waxing waste, etc. Everything in our salon is recycled or diverted from landfills. We don't even have (or need) a dumpster! Your support allows us to take part in helping Mother Earth remain as clean and as healthy as she can!
